1. Sponsor
Siyan Clinical Corporation, 480 B Tesconi Circle, Santa Rosa, California 95401, United States (“Sponsor”), operates the Siyan Stride mobile app (the “App”) and runs this challenge (the “Challenge”).
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in the place where you live when you start the Challenge. (For example, the age of majority is 19 in Alabama and Nebraska and 21 in Mississippi.)
- You must have a Siyan Stride account and a smartphone that can connect Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android) to the App. The App and these services are not available in every country.
- You must live in a country or territory where taking part in this Challenge is lawful. Taking part is subject to all laws that apply where you live, and it is your responsibility to make sure that taking part is permitted there.
- Excluded places. The Challenge is not open to residents of, or people located in:
- Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, so-called Donetsk People’s Republic and so-called Luhansk People’s Republic regions of Ukraine;
- the province of Quebec (Canada), Italy, Brazil, Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Argentina;
- Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa; and
- any other country, state, province or territory where the Challenge is prohibited or restricted by law, or where it would require registration, bonding, approval, a local-language version of these Rules, or a local representative.
- You are not eligible if you, or anyone acting for you, are named on, owned or controlled by someone named on, or acting for anyone named on, any U.S. government sanctions or export-restriction list, including the list of Specially Designated Nationals kept by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control.
- Employees and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliates may take part and are eligible for a Finisher Reward on the same terms as everyone else. Siyan Clinical employees and contractors who work on running the Challenge or the drawing (including the finisher list, the drawing seed, winner verification, and prize delivery) are not eligible for the Drawn Prizes.
- Not eligible: test or demonstration accounts. These cannot receive a Finisher Reward or Drawn Prize and are removed from the finisher list before the drawing.
Siyan Clinical patients and employees
The Challenge is open to everyone who meets the requirements above, including Siyan Clinical patients and employees. The following applies to both groups.
- Voluntary. Taking part is entirely optional. Nobody has to join, and not joining has no effect on a patient’s care, appointments, billing or treatment, or on an employee’s job, schedule, evaluation or pay.
- Not part of care. The Challenge is a general wellness activity. It is not treatment, is not offered or recommended as a clinical service, and is not a condition of receiving any Siyan Clinical service. Siyan providers will not ask patients to join or ask whether they did.
- Same rules for everyone. Patients have the same chances and the same rewards as any other walker, and receive nothing extra. Patients are reached only by opt-in materials such as a flyer or QR code; the Challenge is not promoted to patients from patient records or appointment lists.
- Employees. Siyan Clinical employees and contractors may take part and are eligible for a Finisher Reward on the same terms as everyone else. Those who work on running the Challenge or the drawing are not eligible for the Drawn Prizes (see above). Managers will not pressure or track employee participation, and employee accounts are treated like any other account in the drawing and winner checks.
- Privacy. Challenge step data from the App is kept separate from patient medical records and is not shared with providers.
3. Challenge schedule
All times are Pacific Time (United States), wherever you live. For example, 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 22 is 7:59 a.m. on November 23 in London and 1:29 p.m. on November 23 in Mumbai.
| Event | Date and time |

| Unclaimed prizes pass to the next alternate | December 15, 2026 (see Section 9) |
4. How to take part (no purchase necessary)
- Download Siyan Stride from the Apple App Store or Google Play. The download is free.
- Create an account and sign in.
- Connect Apple Health or Health Connect so the App can read your step counts.
- Open Journeys and choose Kilimanjaro: Machame Route on or after November 2, 2026.
- Confirm that you are eligible. Before your entry counts, the App shows three statements, none of them ticked in advance, and you tick each one yourself: “I am at least 18 years old, and I am a legal adult where I live”; that you live in a country or area that can take part and is not excluded in Section 2; and “I have read and agree to the Official Rules.” Then tap Start free preview (first 10 miles). If your version of the App does not show these statements, tapping “Start free preview” is your confirmation of the same statements, and Sponsor will ask you to confirm them again before any reward or prize is sent.
Sponsor relies on this confirmation and will also verify place of residence before awarding any Finisher Reward or Drawn Prize (Section 9). A false confirmation makes the entry void. The App may also decline an entry when your device’s internet location (IP address) or your App Store or Google Play country indicates a place excluded in Section 2.
You do not need to buy anything. The App’s free preview pauses the on-screen route at 10 miles (about day 9), but steps keep being counted toward finishing while the preview is paused. A subscription, purchase or code is not required to finish or to be drawn for a prize, and does not change your chances.
Limit: one account and one entry per person. You may join after November 2, but every step must be walked within the walking period.
5. What counts as finishing
You are a “Finisher” if you meet all of the following:
- You reach 54,700 steps on the Kilimanjaro: Machame Route journey within the walking period.
- Only steps synced from Apple Health or Health Connect count. Steps or walks entered by hand do not count.
- Steps count by the date walked and must sync to the App by the November 25 deadline. Opening the App syncs your last 30 days of steps, so open it at least once a week.
- The App’s shared group journey feature does not count. Groups take part by each person walking their own route.
- If a walker restarts the preview, the walker is counted once, using their highest steps for each day.
- You are eligible under Section 2.
Sponsor’s step records, as kept by the App on its servers, are final for deciding who is a Finisher and in what order Finishers reached 54,700 steps.
6. Finisher Reward and Drawn Prizes
There are two kinds of rewards, and they work differently. Finisher Rewards are awarded in the order Finishers reach 54,700 steps. Drawn Prizes are random.
6.1 Finisher Reward (first 300 Finishers)
- The first 300 eligible Finishers to reach 54,700 steps, as recorded by the App, each receive a US$5 Amazon.com e-gift card (outside the United States, an Amazon e-gift card of the same value for the Amazon store of the Finisher’s country, where one exists; see Section 6.4) and a digital Kilimanjaro certificate. If two Finishers reach 54,700 steps at the same recorded time, Sponsor uses the drawing seed (Section 7) to order them.
- Once 300 Finisher Rewards have been awarded, no more are available. Eligible Finishers after the first 300 receive a digital certificate and are still entered in the drawing for the Drawn Prizes on the same terms as everyone else.
6.2 Drawn Prizes (random)
Drawn Prizes are in addition to the 300 Finisher Rewards. A Finisher can receive a Finisher Reward and also win a Drawn Prize.
| Prize | Number | What the winner gets | Approx. retail value (US$) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Grand Prize | 1 | US$150 Amazon e-gift card and 12 months of Siyan Stride Premium Plus | $209.99 |
| Runner-Up Prize | 5 | US$30 Amazon e-gift card and 3 months of Siyan Stride Premium Plus each | $53.97 each |
Values: Premium Plus is priced in the United States at $7.99 a month or $59.99 a year; prices in other countries are set by Apple and Google in local currency. 12 months is valued at the US annual price ($59.99) and 3 months at the US monthly price ($23.97).
Total approximate retail value of all Drawn Prizes: US$479.84. Total of all Finisher Rewards (300 at US$5): up to US$1,500.00. Total of all rewards and prizes (306): up to US$1,979.84.
6.3 Premium Plus months
Premium Plus months are delivered as one-time redemption codes for the Apple App Store or Google Play. Codes are redeemed under the store’s terms, have no cash value, may not be resold, and work only where the store supports them in the winner’s country. If your Apple or Google account already has an active Premium Plus subscription, the code may not apply until that period ends.
6.4 Conditions on rewards and prizes
- Amazon e-gift cards are delivered by email to the address used to sign in to the App and are governed by Amazon’s gift card terms for the store they are issued for. Sponsor is not responsible for cards lost after delivery.
- Amazon gift cards can be used only in the Amazon store of the country they are issued for. If no Amazon gift card can be delivered to or used in a winner’s country, Sponsor will substitute a digital gift card or other reward of equal or greater value. Where no such substitute can lawfully be delivered, Sponsor will offer the winner an alternative; an alternative of lower value is used only if the winner agrees. Amounts in other currencies are converted at the rate used by the card issuer on the delivery date.
- Amazon. Amazon is not a sponsor of this promotion. Amazon.com Gift Cards (“GCs”) may be used only for purchases of eligible goods at Amazon.com or certain of its affiliated websites. Except as required by law, GCs cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. For complete terms and conditions, see www.amazon.com/gc-legal. GCs are issued by ACI Gift Cards, LLC, a Washington limited liability company. All Amazon ®, ™ and © are IP of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. No expiration date or service fees. Amazon gift cards for other countries’ Amazon stores are governed by that store’s gift card terms.
- No cash or other substitution, except as stated above or where Sponsor, at its sole discretion, allows a Drawn Prize winner to choose an item of equal or lesser value (for example, a national park pass or gym membership) or substitutes a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
- Rewards and prizes are not transferable. Each person can receive one Finisher Reward and at most one Drawn Prize.
- Sponsor may require tax documentation (for example, a W-9 or W-8BEN) for any reward or prize of US$600 or more. For rewards or prizes under US$600, Sponsor does not require tax documentation; winners remain responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or reporting under the laws of the place where they live, including any VAT, GST, or customs charges.
- Approved Finisher Rewards are generally delivered within 14 days after verification, and Drawn Prizes within 14 days after the winner accepts and is verified.
- Sponsor will not send a reward or prize where doing so would break the law, including sanctions and export laws. In that case the reward or prize is forfeited and, for a Drawn Prize, passes to the next alternate.
7. The drawing
- On November 30, 2026, Sponsor locks the list of Finishers using the step records described in Section 5.
- Test and demonstration accounts, and accounts of people not eligible for Drawn Prizes (Section 2), are removed from the drawing list.
- Sponsor’s computer program puts the remaining Finishers in a random order using a random number (the “seed”), which is saved. Each Finisher appears once.
- The first name is the Grand Prize winner, the next five are the Runner-Up winners, and the next three are alternates, in order.
- Sponsor keeps a one-page record of the drawing: the date, the number of eligible Finishers, the seed, the nine names, and any names skipped and why. Running the same program with the same seed and list produces the same order.
8. Odds
Odds of winning a Drawn Prize depend on how many eligible Finishers are in the drawing. All eligible Finishers in the drawing have the same chance, no matter how many steps they walk or how fast they finish. For example, if 300 eligible people finish, the odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 300, and the odds of winning any one of the six Drawn Prizes are 6 in 300 (1 in 50). Whether you receive a Finisher Reward depends on finishing among the first 300 eligible Finishers (Section 6.1), not on chance.
9. Verification and notification
- Before anything is sent, Sponsor checks each potential winner and each Finisher due a Finisher Reward: steps came from Health sync, the account is not a test account, and the email address is real. Sponsor asks each of them to confirm their country and state or province of residence by replying to the notification email, and may ask them to confirm their age. Sponsor will not require government identification for a reward or prize under US$600. Before any reward or prize is sent, Sponsor also checks the recipient against U.S. government sanctions lists. Anyone who fails a check, does not answer within the time stated in the request, or is not eligible is skipped; for Drawn Prizes, the next alternate moves up.
- Notification is scheduled for December 1, 2026. On that day Sponsor emails Finishers due a Finisher Reward and each Drawn Prize winner, using the email address on the person’s App account. Drawn Prize winners receive an email asking them to reply to confirm acceptance; their e-gift card and Premium Plus code are sent once they accept and are verified.
- A Drawn Prize winner must reply to confirm acceptance by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on December 14, 2026 (10 U.S. business days, counting December 1, the notification date, as the first day and excluding U.S. federal holidays). If Sponsor sends a winner’s notification email after December 1, that winner’s reply deadline moves later by the same number of U.S. business days, the email states the new deadline, and the alternate date for that prize moves by the same number of days. Opening the email is not enough. If the email bounces, or the winner has not replied by then, or cannot be reached or verified, the prize is awarded to the next alternate on December 15, 2026. If the alternates run out, Sponsor may leave the prize unawarded.
10. Winner names
Sponsor will not publish a winners list. Winner information will not be publicly announced without the winner’s consent, except where disclosure may be required by law.
11. Optional Premium Plus offer (KILI30)
Separate from the Challenge, Sponsor is offering new Premium Plus subscribers a free trial. This offer is not an entry, is not required, and does not change your chances of finishing or winning.
- Code KILI30 gives one month of Premium Plus free, then $7.99 a month in the United States ($59.99 a year if you choose the annual plan) until you cancel. In other countries the price is shown in local currency by Apple or Google before you confirm. The subscription renews automatically through your Apple or Google account.
- For new Premium Plus subscribers only. Redeem from November 2 to November 17, 2026, using Redeem a code in the App (Profile, then View membership options) or the App Store or Google Play redemption page. Limited to 1,000 redemptions. The code works only where your App Store or Google Play country supports offer codes.
- You will be charged unless you cancel. If you do not want to continue after the free month, you must cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the free month ends. If you do not cancel in time, your Apple or Google account will be charged for the next month (or year, if you chose the annual plan), and the subscription will keep renewing until you cancel.
- No refunds from Sponsor. Purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by Sponsor. Sponsor cannot issue refunds or cancel your subscription for you. Refund requests go to Apple or Google and are decided by them under their policies and the consumer laws that apply to you.
- The code works only for accounts that do not already have an active Premium Plus subscription. If your Apple or Google account already has an active subscription, the code may not apply until that period ends.
- Steps for redeeming the code and for cancelling are in the FAQ at stride.siyanclinical.com/kilimanjaro/faq.
12. Data and privacy
- To run the Challenge, the App uses the step counts you allow it to read from Apple Health or Health Connect, your account email, and records of when you started and finished the route.
- Sponsor uses this information to determine Finishers, run the drawing, verify eligibility, send rewards and prizes, prevent misuse, comply with law, and report totals. Daily counts of walkers who started, passed halfway and finished are shared inside Sponsor without names.
- To send Amazon e-gift cards, Sponsor gives the email addresses of Finishers and winners to Amazon, or to the service Sponsor uses to buy and send the cards, only to deliver the cards.
- Sponsor is based in the United States. Information is stored and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those where you live. Sponsor processes this information to perform these Rules at your request and to meet its legal obligations, shares it only with service providers that help run the Challenge (such as hosting and gift card delivery), and protects it with reasonable security measures. Challenge records are kept with your Siyan Stride account as described in the Privacy Policy. You can ask to delete your data at any time in the App (open your profile, then Request account deletion) or by contacting SiyanDigitalSupport@siyanclinical.com.
- If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your personal data will be transferred to the United States, which has not been formally recognized by European authorities as providing an equivalent level of data protection. By entering the Challenge, you consent to this transfer. You understand that US law may not provide the same level of data protection as the laws where you live, and that US government authorities may be able to access your data under US law. The same applies if you live in another country whose law limits sending personal data abroad, such as India: by entering, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the use of your personal information. To use them, contact SiyanDigitalSupport@siyanclinical.com. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- Sponsor’s use of your information is also described in the Privacy Policy at https://stride.siyanclinical.com/privacy.html.
13. Fair play and disqualification
Sponsor may disqualify anyone, and withhold or take back a reward or prize, if it reasonably believes the person:
- entered steps by hand, used a device or software to fake steps, or otherwise interfered with step counting;
- used more than one account, or an account that is not their own;
- gave a false eligibility confirmation, or is ineligible under Section 2; or
- tampered with the App, this Challenge, or the drawing, or broke these rules.
Sponsor may ask a Finisher to show how their steps were recorded. A spot check of some Finishers may be done before rewards are sent.
If Sponsor learns that an entrant is under the age required by Section 2, Sponsor will delete the entrant’s account and personal data as soon as practicable.
14. General conditions, release and indemnity
- By taking part you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final on all matters about the Challenge.
- Sponsor may change, suspend or end the Challenge, or change these rules, if fraud, a technical problem, a legal issue or something else outside its control affects fairness or operation. If that happens before the drawing, Sponsor may choose winners from the eligible Finishers at that time. Any change will be posted at stride.siyanclinical.com/kilimanjaro/rules.
- Sponsor is not responsible for steps that do not sync, lost or late data, device, network or app-store problems, gift-card or delivery problems outside its control, or errors in the information you provide.
- Release. To the extent the law allows, participants release Sponsor, its affiliates and their officers, employees and contractors from claims connected with the Challenge or any reward or prize, except for claims that cannot be waived by law. This release includes any claim related to walking, exercise, falls, or physical activity undertaken as part of the Challenge.
- Indemnity. To the extent the law allows, participants indemnify Sponsor for claims arising from their violation of these Rules.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Sponsor is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the Challenge, and Sponsor’s total liability to any participant is limited to the value of the reward or prize, if any, that the participant is entitled to receive.
- What is not excluded. Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
- Your local rights. Nothing in these Rules limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.
- Language. These Rules are written in English. Any translation is for convenience only; if there is a difference, the English version controls, except where the law of the country where you live requires a version in your language.
- Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
15. Health and safety
Siyan Stride is a walking app and does not give medical advice. Walk at a pace that is comfortable for you, in safe places, and follow local traffic and safety rules. Talk with your doctor before starting a new activity if you have any concerns, and stop walking if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk.
16. Apple, Google and social media platforms
Apple, Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and any other platform where the Challenge is shared are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, this Challenge. They are released from any claim connected with it. Questions and complaints about the Challenge go to Sponsor, not to them.
17. Governing law, disputes and contact
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are to be decided in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California, except where the law of the country where you live gives you a mandatory right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Questions about the Challenge: SiyanDigitalSupport@siyanclinical.com. The current Official Rules are posted at stride.siyanclinical.com/kilimanjaro/rules and linked from the App and every Challenge page.
